Course Description
Course Objective: You will use color management techniques and color correct images
to ensure optimal print output.
Target Student: This course is intended for photo professionals or enthusiasts who
have a basic foundation of Adobe® Photoshop® CS5 and are interested
in using Photoshop for printing and color correction. This course covers the
Adobe Certified Associate exam objectives, and is intended to help students
prepare for the examination.
Prerequisites: To ensure your success in this course, it is recommended
that you first take the following Element K course: Adobe®
Photoshop® CS5: Level 1 - ACA,
or have equivalent knowledge.
Hardware Requirements
- Intel® Xeon®, Xeon Dual®, Intel® Centrino®,
Intel® Pentium® 4, or Intel® Core™ 2 duo processor
- 512 MB of RAM
- 1 GB of free hard-disk space to install software, and an additional
500 MB to run the course
- Color monitor with 16-bit or higher video card; 24-bit color
recommended
- Mouse or compatible tracking device
- 1024 x 768 or higher monitor resolution
- CD-ROM drive
- Printer
