Course Description
Course Objective: You will use FrameMaker to create and export simple documents to
XML, HTML, and PDF formats.
Target Student: Students who want to grasp a general overview of the main techniques
used to create simple documents and export FrameMaker documents to XML, HTML,
and PDF formats.
Prerequisites: Students must be familiar with Microsoft Windows XP, 2000
or Vista, and with word processing software such as Microsoft Word.
Hardware Requirements
- Intel® Pentium® 4, Intel Centrino®, Intel Xeon®,
or Intel Core™ Duo (or compatible) processor
- 512 MB of RAM (1GB recommended)
- 1.8 GB of available hard-disk space (additional free space
required during installation)
- Color monitor with a 16-bit or greater video card
- Monitor with 1024 x 768 monitor resolution
- DVD-ROM drive
- Internet or phone connection required for product activation
- Printer (optional) or an installed printer driver
