their highest potential. In this course, you will apply methods of overcoming
a negative work environment and creating a positive work environment.
Course Objective: You will apply methods of overcoming a negative work environment
and creating a positive work environment.
Target Student: Managers, supervisors, and team leaders who want to increase productivity
and employee satisfaction by promoting a positive work environment.
Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for this course.
